Meet the Owner
Anchor Homes LLC is led by Austin Bream, a Pennsylvania native with a decade of hands-on construction experience and a proven track record of leading teams in residential homebuilding.
Austin has spent over 10 years in construction, including 5 years as head of construction for a large home builder. During that time he oversaw ground-up builds, complex remodels, and detailed finishes, learning how to deliver consistent quality while keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
Anchor Homes LLC was founded around a simple idea: do what you say you’re going to do, and take care of people along the way. That means clear communication, honest expectations, and a commitment to standing behind the work long after the job is done.
